This is a 1-1 training with Mohan, where the focus is all on you.


About Us
At the end of 12 weeks (90 days ) you will notice a major difference in your strength, stamina, Muscle Growth and overall fitness. Whether you need to lose weight or gain muscle or build Muscle I will ensure you get the results you want.

1.I will take note of your goals, health problems . Assessments if any, and your daily routine.

2.I will then work on this information to plan your exercise routine, and diet chart accordingly.

3. I will mark your progress through these 12 weeks .
